Various grants for your language courses or further education

With this voucher, you can claim a pro-rata cost refund of a maximum of EUR 750 if you have attended at least 75 percent of an integration course at a certified course institute within 18 months of being granted the relevant residence title (if no extension has been applied for and granted) and have passed an ÖIF integration examination (ÖIF examination at A2 or B1 level, including knowledge of values and orientation).

Starting in January 2023, all newly immigrated Viennese (no differentiation between EU citizens and third-country nationals) will receive the Vienna Language Voucher in the amount of 150 euros. The Vienna Language Voucher thus replaces the Education Passport. The language vouchers or Vienna Education Passports issued until 31.12.2022 can be redeemed as long as they are still valid.
