Your Responsibilities with Us:

• Conducting language courses in groups: You will teach groups of participants and help them improve their German language skills.
• Preparing participants for recognized language exams: You will purposefully prepare participants for official language exams and support them in certifying their language proficiency.
• Identifying and promoting the strengths and resources of participants: You will recognize the individual strengths and resources of your participants and help them develop these further.
• Documenting attendance and learning progress: You will diligently record the attendance and progress of your participants, ensuring continuous improvement.

Our Requirements for You:

• Completed training as a DaF/DaZ-Trainer_in (at least 180 hours) or a completed degree in philology, education, or linguistics.
• Ideally experience in adult education: You already have experience teaching adults and know how to effectively organize their learning processes.
• Teamwork and strong communication skills: You enjoy working in a team and can communicate well with others.
• Enthusiasm for creative and flexible teaching methods: You are open to new teaching methods and enjoy implementing creative approaches in your teaching.
