Vacancy description

IFU is looking for a secretary with good knowledge of English and German languages.

Requirements:

• Reliable, team player and flexible
• Friendly and committed appearance, good communication skills
• High level of commitment and responsibility
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications

Responsibilities:

• Receive and forward the phone calls and make phone calls independently
• Electronic communication. (Monitor, forward, write and send emails)
• Organize language courses
• Maintaining the website and marketing support
